Parka Parka Everywhere...

Take a look around the City Streets, you are not just looking at the Magnificent Christmas lights.When I look around I am seeing the same black parka with the fur lined hood. This is a functional way to stay warm during these frigid temperatures but lets try to be more unconventional.
